Fifth Grade

Welcome to the Fifth Grade page for students and parents. This year the fifth grade is learning about the Scientific Method, Atomic Particles, The Solar System, The Life Cycles of various organisms, the Five Kingdoms all living things are classified into, Native American life, The Sacraments, Family Life, Reading Comprehension, and much more.

5th Grade will lead the Ash Wednesday service. Please join us at the 8:45 Mass on Wednesday, February 22nd.

Spanish

Fifth grade is working on Lesson 6 in the textbook. We are practicing the months and seasons of the year. There is a quiz on 2/24.

Computer

Fifth graders will be working on keyboarding skills through Mavis 15.

Music

While we are currently working on the Spring Musical in music class, you can continue to practice your Recorder Karate songs at home. Click on the links below to access scores and audio files of all Recorder Karate music.

5th Grade will be performing in our annual spring musical American Pop Forever on Friday, March 30th. The performance will take place in the P.M.C. at 7:00p.m. 5th Grade will be performing rock and pop music from the 1980's including Eye of the Tiger, What A Feeling (Flashdance), Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go, We Built This City, and Danger Zone.
