St. John Brebeuf Mission

"Go then, to all peoples everywhere and make my disciples; baptize them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and teach them to obey everything I have commanded you. And I will be there with you always, to the end of the age." (Matthew 28: 19-21).

We call each of you by name and encourage you to come. We invite you to share, to grow, to witness, to love, to learn.

We are teachers of the children, the sharers of the faith, the models of adulthood, the skill-layers of the future, the creators of the unknown.

We are strengthened by shared leadership, by "caring" service, by prayer, by Eucharist.

We are sensitive to the emotional, intellectual, physical, and spiritual growth of children, as well as their suffering, pain, loneliness, and striving for self-discipline.

We are joyful because of the Good News, Liturgy, friendships, and smiles.

We celebrate in church, in school, in our classrooms, in our homes, and in our parish.

We are the story of our past (especially of our Saint, John Brebeuf), the sign of the present, the hope of the future.

Because of you, we are. We are the church. We are St. John Brebeuf.
